Cute boutique hotel with friendly staff
This hotel was so cute and simple! Easy to walk to everything and find transportation to local attractions. The staff was so nice and we really loved the simplicity of this space - very great AC, well maintained grounds and access to breakfast and a pool. We ended up walking to local eateries instead of breakfast but it’s great to have the option.
We could hear the people above us walking around but it was very minor. We loved this place and it was our favorite hotel in all of Thailand.

Exceptional
Could not recommend this little oasis enough!! Location location location! This little pocket of Chiang Mai has so many cute businesses walk-able from the stay! Go eat at Mr. Green! Bedding was nice, the room was very clean and comfortable, staff was SO friendly and thoughtful. Wi-Fi worked well, he helped us coordinate buses to Pai and to the airport. Do not look further and stay here!!

Clean room, clean sheets and friendly staff and reasonable price.
It would be so much better if the room had a desk and were brighter!
