Cute boutique hotel with friendly staff

This hotel was so cute and simple! Easy to walk to everything and find transportation to local attractions. The staff was so nice and we really loved the simplicity of this space - very great AC, well maintained grounds and access to breakfast and a pool. We ended up walking to local eateries instead of breakfast but it’s great to have the option.

We could hear the people above us walking around but it was very minor. We loved this place and it was our favorite hotel in all of Thailand.

Could not recommend this little oasis enough!! Location location location! This little pocket of Chiang Mai has so many cute businesses walk-able from the stay! Go eat at Mr. Green! Bedding was nice, the room was very clean and comfortable, staff was SO friendly and thoughtful. Wi-Fi worked well, he helped us coordinate buses to Pai and to the airport. Do not look further and stay here!!

Most welcoming Staff ever, always so helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Spacious and clean room. Nice breakfast. Walking distance to night market, old town etc....I would recommend for sure.

Hidden Gem in Chiang Mai

Staff were incredible. Couldn't do enough for us, really made our stay there extra special. It's such a cute place, really lovely garden and separate pool area. Rooms were lovely and cool, lots of storage space really comfy bed. Big bathroom

The receptionist was exceptional. He speaks really good English and is very friendly and super helpful. I forgot my phone in a Grab taxi and the staff helped me get it back by contacting with Grab support and driver. He went above and beyond in helping me solve the problem, and making the stay very memorable. The facilities at the hotel are great, and the location is excellent. Highly recommended!

The hotel was in a great location, very close to the center. It had this beautiful garden that was very green and calm....we loved the location and the helpfulness of the staff they were very kind, respectful and always happy to help. We can't say very much regarding the breakfast as we only had breakfast there one day, it was a 1 minute walk away in a different restaurant and they made dishes to order which was nice, the other 2 days when we had excursions they gave us a small packed lunch to take.

The bathroom was a little dark and there was only the 1 bathroom mirror but other than that we have no complaints.

Beautiful and quiet

Beautiful, quiet property, tucked away from the main road. Great to just lounge around in the common areas. Good breakfast and pool, except it was in another property, a short walk away.

There are lots of mosquitoes after dusk. No real measures taken to keep them away. The rooms can get pretty hot (mar-apr), took a while for the AC to cool.

This space is a little oasis inside the busy city. everything is in walking distance, we were able to use the pool of another hotel around the corner and the guy working reception was incredibly friendly and always very helpful. There are cheaper alternatives but it is definitely worth the price!

Nice stay in Chiang Mai

Very nice outside area, breakfast is included. We arrived early in the morning and could directly check in and get our room. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Quite a lot of mosquitos in the yard due to the water. Breakfast is in another building around the corner but no problem

Perfect hotel in Chiang Mai

Perfect hotel and location in Chiang Mai, the street is small, quiet and very closed to the old city and also Chinatown. The hotel is nicely decorated with a very charming garden, the room is comfortable with 2 types of pillow we can choose, the breakfast is good and complete, located in another hotel of the owner nearby. Staff is very nice and helpful. Highly recommended!
